MAJOR MSRS DATABASE UPGRADE!

CHANGE IN SEARCH CRITERIA:
The form for searching has been changed in order to aquire as many hits as possible in a single search. Only the "Antibody Name" OR "Clone Number" fields are searchable. The reason for the change is to simplify the search. Many suppliers do not designate the host species and only refer to 'MA' or 'PA' (for monoclonal/polyclonal). Any monoclonal search requesting these terms will miss all the Mouse, Rat, Hampster, etc., monoclonals available. On the other hand, any monoclonal search utilizing "Mo", etc., will not return hits on "MA". The same for a 'polyclonal' search.

Advanced Search Now Available: For expierenced users of our search system, an Advanced Search is now available, which allows searching across a wider range of fields.

New "Contains" Search: The "Contains" search will allow you to search for records containing a given search term. A "Contains" search for "Actin" will find not only records such as Actin and Actin (Bundles), but also records such as Lymphotactin, Calpactin, etc. The "Contains" search is slightly slower and will yield more inaccurate results.
